Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program

My child will be 4 years old on December 1, 2025

Your child is eligible for our pre-k program currently in session (2025-2026 school year). If you would like your child to participate in the current UPK program, you will need to complete the following forms:

• Registration Packet
• Health History Form
• Document Attachment Form

Only those with all 3 forms completed will be considered for the 2025-2026 Pre-K program.
