Parent Square

We are excited to let you know that this year we will be using ParentSquare as our communication tool. This will replace both Remind and One Call Now. ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone to communicate. Our goal is for every family to join ParentSquare and engage with our school community.
With ParentSquare you’ll be able to:
  1. Receive all district, school and classroom communication via email, text, or app
  2. Receive attendance updates and easily submit excuses
You can use ParentSquare on any device. You can download the free mobile app for iOS or Android or use the desktop version.

Customize Your Notifications

ParentSquare allows users to customize their notifications based on notification type and select their preferred delivery method for each school.
  1. Urgent Smart Alerts & Notices includes any urgent alerts, attendance notices, and auto notices marked as critical notices (cannot be disabled).
  2. General Announcements & Messages includes any posts, direct messages and reminders.
  3. School Alerts includes any Smart Alerts and other student notices.
Under General Announcements, you can select when you want to receive notifications for posts. Select Off, Instant or Digest notifications.
  1. Off: no notifications about posts will be sent to you. Emergency Alerts and Notices will still be sent. School Alerts will still be sent if turned on.
  2. Instant: you'll receive an email and/or text and/or an app notification every time a notice or message is sent.
  3. Digest: you'll receive an email and/or text and/or an app notification once a day in the evening with all posts from that day.
