Universal Pre-Kindergarten Program
My child will be 4 years old on December 1, 2026
Your child is eligible for next year's pre-k class (2026-2027 school year). If you would like your child to participate in the 2026-2027 pre-kindergarten program, you will need to complete the following forms:
Seats are limited and classes fill up quickly. Only those with all 3 steps completed by April 17th will be considered for the initial selection process for the 2026-2027 pre-kindergarten program.
Gouverneur Central School District will use a lottery system to select students for the UPK program if more student registrations are received by the April 17th deadline than there are seats available.
Parents/guardians will be notified shortly after the deadline if their child has secured a seat in the pre-k program or is on the waiting list. The children who have secured a seat in the program must attend Pre-Kindergarten Registration in May.
